Frequently Asked Questions
What does a cold plunge ice bath do for your body?
Cold plunge therapy activates the body's cold shock response — releasing norepinephrine, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and triggering endorphin release. Regular sessions are linked to faster muscle recovery, improved mood, and better sleep quality.
How is the Ice Bath Tub Pro different from the standard model?
The Pro model features reinforced insulation panels that maintain water temperature longer, premium puncture-resistant triple-layer walls, and ergonomic sidewall handles that make entry and exit safer and easier — especially when the tub is filled with cold water.
How quickly can I set up the Ice Bath Tub Pro?
Setup takes under 5 minutes — unfold, secure the frame, fill with water and ice (or connect a chiller), and you're ready. No tools or pumps required.
Is cold plunge safe for everyone?
Cold plunge is safe for most healthy adults. People with heart conditions, high blood pressure, Raynaud's disease, or who are pregnant should consult a doctor before use. Always start with shorter sessions at warmer temperatures.
